These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl69 ("jl69," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the jl69 online casino platform accessible at jl69.one. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and features offered by jl69.

Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing jl69.one, registering an account, or using any service provided by jl69, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

Eligibility

2.1 To register and use jl69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jl69 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl69, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jl69 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

2.2 jl69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

2.3 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Any misrepresentation of eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active jl69 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jl69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification. jl69 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time jl69 deems necessary.

3.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure. jl69 will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. jl69 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on jl69 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl69 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jl69 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the jl69 Bonus page and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jl69 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. jl69 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be suspended.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on jl69 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 Game Fairness. All casino games on jl69 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. jl69 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jl69 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. jl69 will make reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to their pre-malfunction state. jl69 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jl69 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify jl69 support within 72 hours of the disputed round. jl69 will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of jl69 on disputed game results is final, subject to applicable regulatory review.

Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl69 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl69 games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jl69 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jl69 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any jl69 software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl69 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing jl69 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to use your jl69 account, or using another player's account.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.

Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the jl69 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the intellectual property of jl69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl69 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl69 content.

8.3 The jl69 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jl69. You may not use any jl69 trademark without prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

9.1 jl69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jl69, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 jl69 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

9.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to jl69's legal obligations to retain certain records. To exercise your data rights, contact jl69 support.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl69 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 jl69's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl69 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 jl69 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl69's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Termination

11.1 Termination by jl69. jl69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jl69 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

11.2 Termination by You. You may close your jl69 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the jl69 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

Responsible Gaming

12.1 jl69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help.

Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 jl69 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed by jl69 may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Amendments

14.1 jl69 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the jl69 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

14.2 The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of jl69 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using jl69 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
